I'm starting something new this month that I am calling #FreeFebruary.
I spend around $500 a month on working out/Supplements/Memberships, etc - and thats not including how much I spend on workout clothes (but thats another discussion for another day haha). While that is a serious amount of money, I have prioritized working out and my health over other things I could spend my money on like manicures, concerts, going out, etc. But, in an effort to save money because adult life is expensive (yay student loans- ugh), I have decided for the month of February, I am not going to spend any money on working out, and instead, take advantage of all the free workouts available.
